You can set the time to take a taxi in advance and call it. You can order a taxi by specifying the date and time in advance according to your schedule. You can specify the date and time from 6 days to 20 minutes before boarding.
・ When you do not have time to order a taxi, such as during busy hours in the morning
・ When you have a fixed time to go out and want to specify a taxi in advance
・ When you want to use a taxi to get to your final destination from the station when traveling by train
Precautions when using
・If you use reservation dispatch, you will be charged a service usage fee in addition to the fare and pick-up fee. These charges will be settled with the credit card used when ordering with reservation dispatch. You cannot change to QR code payment etc. later.
・ Since it is a function to call a taxi at a specified date and time, we cannot promise to secure a taxi vehicle using this function.
・ The taxi search will start automatically when the boarding time you have specified is approaching. Once the taxi vehicle is confirmed, the usage fee for reservation dispatch service will be charged to the credit card registered in the S.RIDE app.
・ You can place an order for immediate taxi dispatch even if you have placed an order for specified date and time. However, when the boarding time for reservation dispatch is near, the immediate dispatch function will not be available.
How to use
1. Press "Reserve" at the bottom right of the screen
2. Specify the boarding place (pick-up place) where the taxi will pick you up at the specified date and time.
3. Specify the boarding date and time. You can specify from 20 minutes to 6 days after the current time.(If you select a date and time that cannot be specified, you will not be able to proceed to "Next")
4. After specifying the boarding date and time, press "Next".
5. After confirming the service usage fee, click "Next".
- The service usage fee will be added separately from the taxi fare and the pick-up fee.
- Once the taxi vehicle is decided, the service usage fee is registered by the customer in the S.RIDE app. We will withdraw from your credit card.
- The service usage fee will change depending on the boarding location and time of day.
6. Specify the destination and press "Next".
After boarding, press "Skip" to tell the crew the destination verbally
7. After confirming the pick-up place and time, slide to order
8. When the order is completed, the following screen will be displayed.
Press "New arrival"
9. Please check the order details for the designated date and time dispatch. After confirming, press the "x" at the top left of the screen.
・ Please be sure to come to the boarding place (pick-up place) on the specified date and time.
・ A cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases. The cancellation fee will be the same as the service usage fee
(1) When cancellation is made due to customer's convenience after 15 minutes before the specified date and time
(2) When the customer does not appear on the specified date and time
