A service usage statement can be issued via the app menu when an online payment is made. (Please confirm with your organization beforehand as to whether or not it can be used as a receipt to claim back expenses.) If you have made a payment via a means other than online payment, such as cash, please check directly with the taxi company.
Procedure for the issuance of a service usage statement using the S.RIDE app when a ride has been paid for via online payment
1. Select the user’s ride history from the menu
2. Select the trip for which an online payment was made from your list of past trips
3. Tap the “issue service usage statement” button
4. Enter the recipient email address and name of the individual
5. Tapping “send by email” will result in an email being sent to the specified email address
6. The received email can be printed out.
