Please register your e-mail address with S.RIDE whenever possible, as transfer cannot be performed by registering your phone number alone.
If you change your phone model or uninstall (delete) the application without registering your e-mail address and password, all registered information such as past ride history and favorite locations will be lost.
In the unlikely event that your smartphone malfunctions or is lost, all registered information will be lost as well.
Electronic receipts cannot be reissued. Please note that we will not be able to reissue electronic receipts.
<How to register>
- Launch S.RIDE
- Press "Menu"
- Press "Settings"
- Press "Edit" on the right side of login information
- Enter your email address and password and press "Register" (or "Change").
- Click on the URL for authentication sent to your e-mail address.
- The registration of your e-mail address is completed. (This completes the process.)
In the unlikely event that you have uninstalled S.RIDE without deleting your account, and you still have S.RIDE Premium registrations and future reservations, please contact email@example.com. Upon confirmation, we will suspend your usage or cancel your reservation.
