Normally, an order is completed when the vehicle becomes available.
In the following cases, a malfunction occurs that prevents the order from being completed.
- In case of communication failure between the S.RIDE application installed on the customer's smartphone and the server
- In case of communication failure of the cab vehicle
If the status remains the same, please try task-killing the S.RIDE app and restarting the app.
If the status does not change even after taskkilling, or if the order is not completed after a certain period of time, please follow the instructions below.
- Launch S.RIDE application
- Press "Menu"
- Press "About App"
- Press "Open Form" under "Other Inquiries"
- Enter a return email address, subject, and content, and press "Send"
