Before resetting your old smartphone, please do the following:
- Open account settings from S.RIDE app menu
- In Login information, select Edit
- Please enter your email address and password
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in Step 3, so click the URL.
- Reopen your account settings from the S.RIDE app menu and press "Logout"
Operation on a new smartphone
- On the new smartphone, press [Click here if you have an account] at the bottom of the screen (the screen below) that appears when you first start the S.RIDE app, and then register earlier Enter your email address and password.
- Check your boarding history in the S.RIDE app to see if your account transfer was successful.
