Details will be registered in Concur immediately after the payment is completed, but it may be delayed by several minutes due to system reasons. You can check the registration status of Concur from the boarding history of the S.RIDE app. (Figure below)
Those with the Concur markhave already been linked. However, when it's red exclamation mark , the one that caused an error when linking. If an error occurs, please contact us from the S.RIDE app menu, select "About the app" → "Inquiries". Please be sure to include your order number.
