We are sorry, but there is no menu to change your phone number. Please follow the steps below to re-register with a new phone number.
If you re-register the application with a new phone number, your past ride history will not be transferred, so if you have not yet registered your e-mail address, please follow the steps below to register your e-mail address within the application.
<How to register your e-mail address>
- Launch the S.RIDE application.
- Press "Menu"
- Press "Settings"
- Press "Edit" on the left side of login information.
- Enter your email address and password
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in step 5.
- Again, open "Settings" from the menu of the S.RIDE application, and press "Logout"
Next, register a new phone number.
<How to register a new phone number>
- Launch the S.RIDE application.
- Press "Already have an account?" at the bottom of the screen that appears when the S.RIDE application is launched for the first time (screen below).
- Enter the email address and password you just registered and press "Login"
- Enter your new phone number and press "Send SMS"
- When you receive the short message, enter the 4-digit number and press "Next"
This completes the process.
