It has been confirmed as a problem peculiar to iOS 14 of iPhone, so if you are using iPhone and have recently updated the OS, it seems to be the same as the above problem. It seems that there is a problem with the OS, so please refer to the procedure below and take corrective action.
<Workaround 1>
- Open the account setting screen of the S.RIDE app (Please do not open the edit screen yet.)
- Switch from the S.RIDE app to the Notepad app and switch the keyboard to an English keyboard
- Return to the S.RIDE app from the Notepad app, open the login information edit screen, and enter your email address and password.
<Workaround 2>
・ If the above method does not solve the problem, try the following method.
1. Remove Japanese input from keyboard settings
1). Open [General]-[Keyboard] in the Settings app.
2). Select [Keyboard>]
3). Select Edit in the upper right
4). Delete [Japanese-Kana Input] and [Japanese-Romaji Input] (tap the red circle at the left end and then select Delete)
5). Select Done in the upper right
2. Launch the S.RIDE app and enter your login information
3. Add Japanese input to keyboard settings
1). Open [General]-[Keyboard] in the Settings app.
2). Select [Keyboard>]
3). Select [Add new keyboard ...>]
4). Select [Japanese]
5). Select [Kana Input], [Romaji Input]
6). Select Done in the upper right
Please wait for a while until Apple fixes the problem and updates the OS for the fundamental problem solution.
