You can issue an electronic receipt from your usage history (ride history) on the S.RIDE app. A PDF file will be sent to your designated e-mail address.
Please refer to the table below for payment methods that can issue electronic receipts.
Receipts issued by the S.RIDE application show only the total amount, and do not show details such as pick-up fees, toll road fees, and discounts for the disabled. If you need a detailed statement, please get a paper receipt in the car.
If you need a reissue of a paper receipt for cab fares, please contact the cab company you used.
Electronic receipts can only be issued for S.RIDE service usage; electronic receipts can also be issued for S.RIDE Premium monthly usage fees via the S.RIDE app.
When you issue an electronic receipt for the reservation service fee, an electronic receipt for the fare will be issued at the same time. (Two receipts will be issued, one for the reservation service fee and the other for the fare.)
