How to use the coupon
・ Coupons can be used for online payment (including Apple Pay) for vehicle dispatch with S.RIDE and reserved vehicle dispatch. Not available for in-car payment and S.RIDE WALLET. Also, if you change the payment method to in-car payment, S.RIDE WALLET, QR payment or RingoPass payment after dispatching, the coupon will be cancelled.
・ Coupons will be automatically selected(* Caution 1) from the ones with the closest expiration date when the vehicle is dispatched. In the case of reservation dispatch, it will be automatically selected with priority from the reservation free coupon.
* Caution 1: If you register your credit card after giving the coupon by registering the coupon code, it will not be automatically selected, so please select it manually before dispatching.
・ Coupons can be selected and used regardless of the fare if the vehicle is dispatched by S.RIDE and the payment is made online (including Apple Pay). However, you cannot change it and you cannot carry it over to the next use.
・ If you do not want to use the coupon, please uncheck the applied coupon from the payment method settings.
・ The coupon has an expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be used.
・ If you uninstall the app without registering your email address, the coupon cannot be restored.
・ If the customer does not see the vehicle at the location, date and time specified by the vehicle dispatch to which the coupon is applied, the coupon cannot be returned.
<When applying coupons>
・ "Coupon application" is displayed.
・ The coupon will be applied when you get off.
<When removing the coupon application>
-Press payment settings.
-Uncheck the applied coupon on the payment setting screen.
