For some customers using S.RIDE version 7.1.0 for iOS, a system error has occurred when using the taxi dispatch order/S.RIDE WALLET.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please uninstall the S.RIDE app, update it to the latest version, and log in with your registered email address.
Conditions that cause an error
- I have used multiple devices with the same Apple ID (including cases where the device has changed due to a model change, etc.).
- You have created a new account with S.RIDE for each terminal.
