Cabs cannot pick up passengers in areas that are closed to traffic, prohibited from parking, or prohibited from riding in accordance with the Road Traffic Law and other laws and ordinances. Taxis may also be unable to pick up passengers on private property where entry is restricted.
Please refrain from ordering a taxi to pick you up at these locations. If we find out after placing an order that you are in one of these locations, the driver will contact you by message to inform you that you cannot enter the pick-up location and may ask you to come to the location where the cab is located.

S.RIDE may not be able to pick up passengers at sites where only authorized cab vehicles can enter.
- On private grounds with restricted entry
- On U.S. military bases
Special permission may be issued by the police station in charge of the area. Please contact the police station for details. S.RIDE is unable to pick you up at your destination even if you have this special permit because we are unable to determine whether you have the permit or not. Please contact the nearest cab company directly.

*If the address display of the pick-up location on the S.RIDE application points to an expressway, the driver will pick up the driver on the nearest public road to the pin location.
