The following are possible reasons why you may not be able to register your credit card in the S.RIDE application.
- You have entered the wrong card number.
- You have entered the wrong expiration date.
- You entered the wrong security code (CVV).
- Your credit card company has determined that registration is not possible (please contact your credit card company).
If none of the above applies, please make sure that you have the latest version of S.RIDE app, wait a while, and try again.
